Autumn arrives!

Autumn has come round again and the first crop of Pansies and Violas are ready to plant to give you colour through the autumn and winter. We have a great range of shrubs and perennials, too and this is the perfect time to plant them so that they settle in and give you a wonderful show next year. We are open 6 days a week (Closed on Monday) so come and pay us a visit soon.

CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?

They say that this weekend we will see the sun, it will be at least 14 degrees and Gardener's World is back on the telly! That is officially a Good Weekend!
We have been busy getting the shelves filled up and we have some lovely new stock of Soft Fruit Bushes, Shrubs, Trees, Clematis and Roses. All the plants that have spent the winter here with us are looking well and growing like mad.
If you are looking for some instant colour then we have Pansies, Polyanthus, Double Daisies and the most beautiful Primroses.

Spring is Springing

It seems incredible that it is only the middle of February but nature thinks it is Spring. The first Daffodils are out, the snowdrops are in full bloom and the bluetits are going in and out of their nestbox! After the wildest winter we can remember (and possibly the warmest one too!) we are getting ready to start potting the Summer Plants very soon. The Seed Potatoes are in stock and selling well already. The new season soft fruit bushes are beginning to show leaf buds and we have new stock of roses, trees and specimen shrubs.
To remind you our Opening hours are 9 - 5 Tuesday - Saturday, 10 - 4 Sunday but we are closed on Mondays.
